Under normal circumstances, our reception service
will meet you on the far left wing of the airport (where all of
the car rental companies are located) once you have landed in
St Barth.
If your flight is deferred or delayed, or if for reasons beyond
our control we are unable to greet you, and if you have asked
our company to reserve a rental car for you, please proceed to
the appropriate car rental booth in the airport, where your name
will be posted on a welcome board. We will be automatically notified
of your arrival and will send someone to meet you immediately.
If you have rented a car on your own, please proceed to the car
rental company and request that they call our office to notify
us of your arrival. While you are going through the procedure
of signing out your car, someone from our office will immediately
be dispatched to the airport to meet you.
After we have introduced ourselves, we will take you to your
rental villa, where everything will be prepared in order to ensure
that your first hours on island are comfortable and relaxing.

During your stay
We will be happy to assist you throughout your entire vacation
on our lovely island, and will do everything we can to answer
any questions you may have, or provide concierge services in helping
you plan your excursions, boat outings, charter private planes,
cars, etc.
RESERVATIONS
Request
Pending your request and the availability of the villa of your
choice, we will send you a reservations voucher by either e-mail
or fax which will stipulate the general features of the villa,
the weekly rental rate, the total amount that will be due, and
due dates for your payment.
Confirmation
Once you have decided to book a reservation, please indicate how
you wish to pay for your rental, sign and date your voucher and
return it to our company via fax.
Reservation
Your reservation is confirmed once we have received a 25% deposit
of the total amount due. We will send you confirmation of reservation
by either e-mail or fax, whichever you prefer.
TERMS
All of our rates are based on a weekly rental and are subject
to change without prior notification unless you have a confirmed
reservation. The minimum rental period is one week. During the
Christmas and New Year’s holidays, certain villas have a
2-week minimum rental period. Any additional days are subject
to pro-rata billing. The rental period can begin at any time during
the week that you determine, pending its availability.
There is a 7.5% agency fee charged for handling your rental contract
that will be added to the total amount due.
SEASONAL RATES
Rental fees vary according to season, as follows: High season: from December 15-April 15 Low season: from April 16-Decebmer 14 Holiday season: from December 21-January 15
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept the following forms of payment for deposits and balances
due on rentals:
Credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Carte Bleu (European, only) American
Express (Euro and US dollars).
Certified bank check, Travellers cheques, SWIFT wire transfer.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A 25% deposit is due at the time you make a reservation, the
balance is due 8 weeks or 4 weeksprior to your arrival date, depending
on season.
ABOUT YOUR VILLA
Partial reservation
If you wish to reserve a particular villa with more bedrooms
than you need, a partial reservation is your best solution. It
allows you to rent the villa and pay only for the specific number
of bedrooms you desire, all the while enjoying the rest of the
villa (except for the unrented bedrooms, which will be sealed
off) to yourself.
Description
A description of your villa and a user’s guide has been
left in the villa for your comfort. The house staff will be happy
to answer any questions you may have and help to familiarize you
with the house.
After your reservation has been made, we will send you a non-exhaustive
list of the various multi-media equipment (DVD players, stereo,
etc.) and kitchen appliances that you’ll find in your villa.
Each villa has a full maintenance and housekeeping staff. During
your stay, daily maid service is included in your rental (except
for D3 and E2 apartments in the Colony Club, which have maid service
3 times a week). Bed linens and towels are changed 3 times a week.
Please note that each house is equipped with bed linens and towels,
as well as beach towels. Most villas are also equipped with beach
chairs.
At the time of check-in, you were shown a place to leave the
house keys. Upon your departure, kindly remember to leave the
keys there.
